If in the very rare case something happens that is out of our control, anything from bands permanently splitting up, to last minute illness, one of the huge advantages of booking through Wedding Bands for Hire is we have a network of DJs and musicians we can call upon to maximise the chances of entertainment still going ahead. We are happy to say we have a 100% success rate of entertainment going ahead from 100s of bookings.
We send the 20% deposit link to secure the act, then the final amount is invoiced 28 days before for bank transfer, to be cleared before the event date. We can send the final invoice anytime from making the booking on request; however, we do not have an automated system to pay off in instalments. We recommend setting up an online savings account or pot to pay wedding funds into when you wish, then when you are ready, you can clear the final balance with us.
There are different types of bands to have, from rock bands with guitar solos to soul bands with a brass section. We appreciate this can be overwhelming.
